1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Website or purchase products from the Website.

By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Products

Celeralife offers beverage products for sale through the Website.

All product descriptions, pricing, packaging, availability, and promotional offers are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

• refuse or cancel any order;
• limit quantities purchased;
• restrict sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction; and
• refuse orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, or unauthorized distribution.

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order.

4. Payment

By placing an order, you authorize Celeralife and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Celeralife does not store full payment card information on its own servers.

5. Shipping

Celeralife currently ships products within the United States and Mexico.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery of products to the shipping carrier.

Celeralife is not responsible for:

• carrier delays;
• weather delays;
• lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery;
• incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers; or
• events outside of our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Replacements

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the consumable nature of beverage products, Celeralife does not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives materially damaged during shipment, you must contact us within five (5) days of delivery at support@celeralife.com and provide:

• your order number;
• photographs of the damage; and
• photographs of the shipping packaging.

If approved, Celeralife may, in its sole discretion, replace the damaged product.

7. Prohibited Resale

Products sold through the Website are intended for personal consumer use only.

You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Celeralife products without prior written authorization from Celeralife LLC.

Unauthorized resale through online marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or similar platforms is strictly prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including trademarks, logos, branding, graphics, images, videos, product names, text, software, website design, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Celeralife and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Celeralife disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title.

In no event shall Celeralife's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable product giving rise to the claim.

The arbitration shall take place in Kane County, Illinois.
